Service access criteria:
Children who have aged cumulatively below 80% school attendance (e.g. over half a term) and consent to help. Children who reach Tier 2 (but not above) on Sutton’s Threshold. Children identified by the Vulnerable Pupils Panel as requiring this intervention.
