Practical Coping Strategies – Learn techniques to manage stress, maintain mental wellbeing, and navigate the emotional impact of diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Peer Support & Encouragement – Connect with others who understand the breast cancer journey, share insights, and offer encouragement.
Flexible & Private Access – Sessions are held online, and participants can join anonymously if preferred.
Who Can Join?
This huddle is open to anyone aged 18+ who has been affected by breast cancer, whether newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, in remission, or post-treatment. No prior experience with group support is required.
