Cruse Bereavement Support is a national charity that helps people who have experienced loss. They offer support, information, and advice to help people understand and cope with their grief.  


Services offered:


Helpline: Call 0808 808 1677 for free advice from a trained volunteer  
One-to-one support: Trained volunteers offer one-to-one support by phone or video call  
Group support: Trained volunteers offer support in groups  
Emails: Sign up for regular emails to receive support  
Social media: Join Cruse on social media to share experiences with others

Who can Cruse help?
Cruse offers support to children, young people, and adults. They also offer support to parents or others affected by a death in the family where there are children.  

Many Cruse branches run a waitlist for support.
