Sycamore Trust UK is proud to deliver the Havering All Age Autism Service, supporting autistic individuals and their families across the London Borough of Havering.
Our service is designed to be accessible and flexible, with support offered at multiple community venues and online. We provide:
- Peer Groups: Social groups for autistic adults, meeting regularly to foster connection and community engagement.
- Pre-Diagnostic Groups: Support for adults referred for autism assessment, offering a safe space to share experiences and build confidence.
- Steering Group: Advocacy for autistic adults, working with local agencies to promote the needs of the community and influence local strategy.
- Autism Support Groups: Regular sessions for parents and carers to meet, share, and support each other, held at Royals Youth Centre and My Place Community Centre.
- Online Support: Monthly evening support groups and pre-booked appointments to ensure everyone can access help, even from home.
- Advice and Guidance: Information on employment, benefits, and day-to-day challenges for autistic adults.
All services are funded by the London Borough of Havering and are free to residents.
