**Overview:**
Redditch Dial A Ride offers a friendly, door-to-door transport service designed for residents of Redditch Borough who are unable to utilize public transport. Our modern minibuses are equipped with wheelchair accessibility and low-rise steps for easy entry, ensuring a comfortable travel experience for all.
**Who Can Use This Service?**

- **Booking Options:**
- Schedule journeys for shopping, visiting friends and family, leisure activities, medical appointments, or travel connections outside the borough.
- Bookings can be made up to three weeks in advance.
- Short notice bookings accepted (subject to availability).

- **First Pick-Up:** 8:50 AM
- **Last Pick-Up:** 4:20 PM (4:00 PM on Fridays)

- Our drivers can assist with shopping bags and help push wheelchairs from your door to the vehicle.
- Personal helpers are welcome to accompany those needing additional support.
**Shopmobility:**
- When visiting Redditch Town Centre, we can arrange a Shopmobility scooter or wheelchair and provide an escort to assist you during your trip.
**Regular Destinations:**
- Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Kingfisher Centre, and support services for community groups such as Age UK, Ecumenical Centre, and VIP.
**Fares:**
- With a concessionary bus pass:
- £2.50 per single journey
- £3.50 for medical journeys
- Without a concessionary bus pass:
- £3.50 per single journey
- £4.50 for medical journeys
- Yearly registration fee: £15.60
- Combined Dial A Ride and Shopmobility registration: £22.00
