Early Support Hub

A safe, welcoming space for young people (11-16) to access early support for mental health and wellbeing. Our hubs offer group activities, one-to-one support, and practical workshops to build resilience and coping skills in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.

Service access criteria:

Our hubs are open to young people aged 11-16 who may need early support with their mental health and emotional wellbeing. We accept referrals from professionals, parents, or young people themselves. No formal diagnosis is required, but the service is best suited for those experiencing low to moderate mental health challenges. Young people must be willing to engage voluntarily in group activities or one-to-one support.
