Carers Careline offers a wide range of support services for unpaid carers in the Redditch area. Our goal is to help carers feel less isolated, more connected, and supported in their caring roles.
We provide:
- Telephone Support – Speak to someone who understands your situation and can offer advice or a listening ear.
- Carers Connect WhatsApp Group – Join our online community to share experiences and receive updates.
- Newsletter – Stay informed about local events, news, and resources for carers.
- Drop-In – Visit us for informal support and a friendly chat.
- Form Filling – Get help with paperwork, benefits applications, and more.
- Support Groups – Meet other carers, share stories, and build friendships.
- Events – Take part in social activities and fundraising events.
- Counselling – Access professional counselling to support your mental health and wellbeing.
- Respite – Find out about opportunities for short breaks from caring.
- Bereavement Group – Connect with others who have experienced loss and receive compassionate support.
All our services are designed to be welcoming, confidential, and tailored to the needs of carers.
We are a registered charity and work closely with local organisations to ensure carers have access to the help they need.

Service access criteria:
To access Carers Careline support, you need to be in an unpaid caring role for someone else (if unsure, call to discuss further).
