This service is for all adults who have been diagnosed with a Learning Disability and whom are unable to access mainstream Physiotherapy services with reasonable adjustments.
We provide Physiotherapy assessment and treatment which includes: Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Neurological, 24 hour Postural Care, Falls Rehabilitation, Exercise in water, and many more.

Anyone can refer to our service: GP, Health Care Professional, Support worker, Family member or the Patient themselves. The patient needs to be 18 years of age or older and have a Dudley, Walsall or Sandwell GP to be accepted into the service.
