Research shows that Punjabi men face unique challenges, addiction, generational trauma, societal expectations and familial pressure.

At Soulbrite Sewa, we provide a safe and confidential space for men to talk and engage. We listen, we coach and provide you with the tools and skills required to level-up your life. Through our work, we encourage you to connect with like-minded individuals to find a common purpose via peer support. All our conversations are kept confidential, please note, whilst the Gurudwara support the project, they do not have any direct involvement. Confidential & non-judgemental, open to people of faith or non-faith

Takes place on the 3rd Thursday of each month, 6.30pm-8.00pm

The Education Centre is at the back of the Gurudwara & cannot be accessed via the front. Please go to Alfred Squire Road Car Park, behind the Gurudwara & you will see a sign that reads GNG car park, it is the building next to that.
