W360 is Wolverhampton's dedicated support service for young people affected by drugs or alcohol.
We offer confidential, non-judgmental advice, guidance, and treatment for anyone under 18 who wants help with substance use. Vulnerable young adults aged 18 to 25 with additional needs are also welcome.
How we help:
- One-to-one sessions with a treatment worker, tailored to your needs.
- Support to understand substances and make positive changes.
- Flexible meeting options: we can meet you at your school, college, youth club, home, or another safe place in the community.
- Harm reduction advice to help you stay safe and reduce risks.
Our service is friendly, supportive, and always confidential. You can talk to us openly, and we will never judge you. Whether you need just a couple of sessions or ongoing support, we are here for you.
Topics we cover include:
- Risks of alcohol and drug use
- Symptoms and effects of different substances
- Reducing harm and staying safe
- Support for families and carers
In emergencies, always call 999. If someone needs medical help, call an ambulance and provide all relevant information.
Our lines are open 24/7. If we can't answer immediately, leave a message and we will always get back to you.
