The Black Country 24/7 Urgent Mental Health Helpline provides free, round-the-clock support for anyone living in Dudley, Wolverhampton, Sandwell, or Walsall who needs urgent help with their mental health.

Trained mental health support staff are available at any time, day or night, to listen, offer guidance, and help you find the right services for your needs. Whether you are in crisis or simply need someone to talk to, the helpline is a beacon of hope and reassurance.

The team can explain waiting lists for other services and will help you access the support you need. Please note, the helpline does not provide prescription medication, but will guide you to the right resources.
