Wellbeing Walks in the Chilterns

**Mind Over Mountains Wellbeing Walks - 2025** Mind Over Mountains is a registered mental health charity dedicated to harnessing the restorative power of nature combined with mindfulness. We are offering three free wellbeing walks in the beautiful Chilterns in 2025, designed especially for individuals seeking mental wellness. ### Walk Details: - **Eligibility**: Suitable for individuals with a moderate level of physical fitness. These walks are not designed for those currently in a mental health crisis.
