Dovecotes Tenant Management Organisation (TMO)

Dovecotes Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) are managing agents of about 840 council properties in the Dovecotes area of Pendeford, Wolverhampton. Dovecote TMO went live in July 2006, when they took on part of housing management functions of the Dovecotes Estate. The City Council is still responsible for rent setting and grounds maintenance work. The management committee is made up of volunteers from off the estate who are elected on an annual basis by the residents of the estate. The Board give their time to help improve the service to the Dovecotes residents, making the Dovecotes estate a better place to live.
