Junior parkrun is a free, fun and friendly weekly 2k community event for 4-14 year olds. Walk, jog, run or spectate – it’s up to you! It is not a race; there is no time limit and no-one finishes last. If you are an adult & you’d like to help out, why not volunteer? Every Sunday at 9am children and young people pull on their trainers and walk, run or spectate at parkruns. These friendly, volunteer-run events are free to take part in but pre-registration via the parkrun website is essential before your first event.
If you are an adult who’d like to take part, why not volunteer to lend a hand?
