North Kensington Law Centre

North Kensington Law Centre (NKLC) offers free, confidential legal advice and support to people in the local community. For over 50 years, NKLC has worked for justice and fairness, helping individuals navigate complex legal issues with compassion and expertise.

Our services cover:

  • Employment Law: Advice on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and workplace rights. Dedicated advice line available Mondays 2–4pm.
  • Housing: Support for housing matters, including tenancy issues, homelessness, and housing rights.
  • Immigration and Asylum: Experienced solicitors provide guidance on immigration status, asylum applications, and related legal matters. Advice line open Thursdays 9–11am.
  • Welfare Benefits: Help to understand and access welfare benefits, including advice on eligibility and appeals.

How to access our services:

  • Call our reception on 020 8969 7473 (Mon–Fri, 10am–1pm & 2–5pm) or email info@nklc.org.uk to make a new enquiry or get in touch with your caseworker.
  • Specialist advice lines for Employment and Immigration are available at the times listed above.
  • Drop-in services are currently closed; please contact us by phone or email first.
