The Silver Line Helpline is a free, confidential telephone service for older people, run by Age UK. We are here to provide friendship, conversation, and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to anyone aged 55 or over across the UK.
Whether you are feeling lonely, isolated, or simply want someone to talk to, our friendly team is always ready to listen and engage in meaningful conversation. We understand that connection is important at any age, especially if you live alone or far from family and friends.
