Take time for yourself with our restorative yoga class designed especially for mums.

Being a mum is rewarding, but it can also be exhausting—mentally and physically. Our 65-minute restorative yoga session (for non-pregnant women) combines gentle stretching, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), and DoTerra aromatherapy to help you rest, recharge, and restore both body and mind.

What to expect:

  • Gentle yet deep stretching to release tension
  • Guided relaxation and Yoga Nidra for total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation
  • Soothing aromatherapy to enhance deep calm
  • A warm, supportive space to connect and share with other mums who understand your journey

All experience levels are welcome. Classes are kept small to ensure individual attention and a peaceful environment. Sessions take place in the Turner Room at ETNA Community Centre.
