The Alcohol Service in Westminster is a free and confidential support service for anyone affected by alcohol use. We work with you to create a personalised support plan, whether you want to stop drinking or simply cut down. Our friendly team can meet you at a convenient location, such as your GP practice, to discuss your needs and treatment options.
We also support people affected by someone else's drinking. If you are concerned about a friend or family member, we can help you find the right support.

We offer downloadable guides to help you reduce the harm of alcohol use, including tips on cutting down safely, managing symptoms, and finding further help. You can also access online events and virtual groups through our Connecting London partnership, including meditation, yoga, and SMART Recovery meetings.
