B inspired is a neighbourhood-based charity in Braunstone, Leicester. The Neighbourhood Support Team work to provide support to local people and address the issues they face in their everyday lives.
Join Moving Together for a fun and friendly dance class to help you feel energised and active! Each session is inclusive of a 1 hour dance class exploring a variety of dance styles and adaptable routines, followed by 30 minutes of informative discussion and advice from a health research professional.
