Falls Management Exercise and Wellbeing Programme (FaME)

The Falls Management Exercise and Wellbeing Service (FaME) is a free, 20-week programme designed to help Medway residents improve their physical activity levels and overall wellbeing. Led by a fully qualified team, FaME offers specialist information sessions and a simple physical assessment to help you monitor your progress throughout the programme.
