Balance and Stretch

Stay fit, flexible, and healthy with our Balance and Stretch class at Mortlake Community Association!

This gentle keep fit session is designed for adults of all abilities, including wheelchair users. Led by Jane Tucker, an experienced physiotherapist and popular teacher, the class offers a friendly and supportive environment where you can do as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

  • Exercises include both seated and standing movements
  • Wheelchair users are welcome
  • Each participant is encouraged to work at their own pace

Benefits of regular gentle exercise include:

After the class, enjoy a cup of tea, a biscuit, and a friendly chat with others.

When: Every Monday, 1.30pm – 2.30pm

Where: Mortlake Hall, St Mary’s Rooms, St Mary’s Church, Mortlake High Street, London SW14 8JA

Cost: £6 per session (includes refreshments)
