
Balance and Stretch is designed to improve balance and coordination, increase strength, improve function, increase bone, and muscle mass, improve confidence and reduce the risk of falling. A weekly class will not only provide appropriate, adapted exercise, it aims to provide people with the education they need to maintain/improve strength, improve posture and most importantly prevent falls.
Led by Jane Tucker, experienced physiotherapist.
Every Monday 1.30pm – 2.30pm
