Our mission is to support individuals all over Rutland by enhancing their mental and physical health.
We are helping people to establish more robust community networks and building community relationships. We aim to connect people with local groups, services, and each other to build a resilient and supportive community around those that need it most. We can also offer 1-2-1 support to people with issues that are affecting their mental or physical health.
Changing Connections is delivered by the RCC and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
To help make our services available to all, we are able to work over the phone, texts and emails.
If face to face is something you are more comfortable with, we are able to meet up in areas local to you. Whether that is a near-by coffee shop, a walk in your village or a chat on an accessible bench, we aim to make this service accessible and person centered.
If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will make sure you are comfortable and happy throughout our work together.
