Healthy Worcestershire (Sandycroft Centre, Redditch session)

Healthy Worcestershire is a free service designed to help adults across Worcestershire thrive and feel their best. Our friendly weekly sessions offer a welcoming space to:

  • Meet new people and build connections
  • Boost your health with gentle exercise (no gym clothes needed!)
  • Improve your strength and flexibility
  • Manage your weight and learn about healthy lifestyle choices
  • Enjoy social activities and interesting talks on a range of wellbeing topics

Who can join? Healthy Worcestershire is open to adults of all ages who are registered with a Worcestershire GP.

Where? Sessions run in Bromsgrove, Redditch, Wychavon, Wyre Forest, Malvern Hills, and Worcester City. Find your nearest session and sign up today!
