Sight Concern Connection Group (Redditch)

Sight Concern offers a range of friendly, welcoming wellbeing activities for people living with sight loss across Worcestershire.

Our Connections Groups are informal monthly meetups held in six locations around the county. These groups are a great way to connect with others, share experiences, and form supportive friendships in a warm and safe environment. Each session features guest speakers, practical advice, and the latest information to help you live well with sight loss.

  • Locations: Worcester, Wyre Forest (Kidderminster), Malvern, Evesham, Bromsgrove, Redditch
  • Online Connections Group: Join us on Zoom every other Wednesday evening for a virtual meetup. Email t.fisher@sightconcern.co.uk to register.

Arts and Crafts Group: Explore your creativity in a relaxed, social setting at The Bradbury Centre, Worcester. Sessions for vision impaired people run every Wednesday (10.30am–12.30pm), and for d/Deaf and hard of hearing every Tuesday (2.00–3.30pm). Booking is essential due to limited places. Tea, coffee, and a range of materials are provided, and you’re welcome to bring your own projects.

  • Cost: £2 per session for Arts and Crafts Group
