SpeakEasy N.O.W. is a user-led organisation supporting people, who have a learning disability, to speak up about the things that matter to them.
We work with organisations including Worcestershire County Council and the NHS across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, to make sure they involve people, with a learning disability, in delivering and improving local services.
SpeakEasy N.O.W. run a SpeakUp group in Redditch called Reddi-to-Talk. The group discuss issues that matter to them. They meet on a Tuesday, once a month as detailed below.
Reddi-to-Talk group
held at St Stephen’s Church, Redditch
Tuesday – once a month from 6.30pm
They talk about everything from local news and services to things that affect people with a learning disability all over the UK.
Members of the group help each other out and make friendships.
We also visit day opportunities, colleges and other organisations across Worcestershire to run regular pop-up groups.
