Our coaches work with the individual to explore and identify what aspects of their life or themselves they would like to improve. These might include learning strategies to better manage symptoms associated with their neurodiverse condition, as well as wider factors, such improving relationships, increasing self-esteem or widening their social support network.
Sessions are normally delivered face-to-face at our premises at Stoughton Grange Rural Centre, Gartree Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 2FB. There is ample free parking on site. Phone sessions are also available. The sessions are weekly lasting up to an hour. The times and dates are agreed with the individual and are usually at the same time each week.
