Supporting Resettled Refugee Youth and Families in Kent

Fort-4-Youth Foundation offers compassionate, culturally sensitive mental health support for young immigrants and asylum seekers aged 16 to 24 in Kent.

We understand the unique challenges faced by youth and families navigating the journey of immigration and seeking asylum. Our services are designed to create safe, welcoming spaces where young people can share their experiences, connect with peers and mentors, and reduce feelings of isolation.

  • Personalised Counseling: One-to-one support tailored to individual needs.
  • Group Therapy & Peer Support: Join group sessions to meet others, share stories, and build community.
  • Community Engagement & Education: Workshops and events to foster understanding and resilience.
  • Resources for Families and Caregivers: Guidance and tools to help parents and carers support their children’s mental health.

Our approach is person-centred and culturally aware, ensuring every young person feels heard, valued, and supported. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, a loved one, or as a community advocate, Fort-4-Youth Foundation is here to provide hope and guidance.

All services are free of charge. We welcome referrals from parents, caregivers, professionals, and young people themselves.
