The Sutton Virtual Community project is here to help improve health and happiness in
our community. By using digital tools, we connect people with similar interests and health
situations to create supportive groups where everyone can share, learn, and feel more connected.
To join sessions, you only need to click on a link on a smartphone or computer with a camera, or you can also join without video just on the phone, even on your landline.
What’s Available:
- Variety of Activities: Join groups that may include book clubs, cooking classes,
mindfulness sessions, virtual tours, and health talks. - Easy to Use: Our programme is designed to be simple, even if you’re not tech-savvy.
- Regular Gatherings: We offer frequent sessions to help you stay engaged and build
friendships.
What You Can Expect:
- Make New Friends: Enjoy new social connections and interactions.
- Manage Your Health Better: Gain tips and support from others in similar situations.
- Help the NHS: By creating new ways that patients can support each other.
