FREE Women’s Wellbeing Workshop Series – 3 Locations Across Plymouth!
We’re thrilled to be offering three FREE 8-week wellbeing workshop series for women in Plymouth this summer – each designed to support your mental health, build emotional resilience, and create space for connection and self-care.
These friendly, supportive sessions are grounded in positive psychology, coaching psychology, and psychoeducation, helping you understand your mind and emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with your sense of self.

These workshops are a preventive measure for women who are struggling with their mental health and anxiety etc, but they are not recommended for women who are in crisis.
