**Timeless Care: Free Hair & Beauty Sessions for Older Adults** **About the Project** Timeless Care is a 12-week wellbeing initiative offered by Empress Hair & Beauty. This program is designed for older residents in Barking and Dagenham who may feel lonely, isolated, or unable to access self-care services. We aim to provide a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy complimentary hair and beauty treatments. **What’s on Offer** - Hair washes, cuts, and styling - Hand and shoulder massages - Refreshing light refreshments - A welcoming atmosphere to socialize - A thoughtful gift to take home **Who It’s For** - Older adults aged 60 and above - Particularly those living alone, experiencing social isolation, or on a low income - Open to Barking and Dagenham residents - Referrals accepted from social prescribing link workers, GPs, community nurses, and local organizations **When & Where** - **Location:** Empress Hair & Beauty, Unit 3 Challingsworth House, Cambridge Road, Barking, IG11 8TF - **Schedule:** Thursdays from 10 AM to 12 PM - **Duration:** Weekly from May 1 to July 31, 2025 (12 weeks total) **Why It Matters** This project aims to help older participants feel good physically and emotionally, enhancing confidence and dignity through gentle pampering.
