DIAL (Disability Information & Advice)

We provide an independent, confidential and free information and advice service to people living with a long term health condition or disability, their families, carers and professionals.

Our dedicated DIAL service provides support across a full range of disability related enquiries:

  • Money & Welfare Entitlements
  • Housing & Home Environment
  • Training, Volunteering & Employment
  • Social & Leisure Opportunities
  • Independent Living & Equipment
  • Health & Well-being

 

Our advice service is available Monday to Thursday between 9am -5pm and Friday 9am - 4:30pm. We have an answering machine where you can leave a message outside these hours. You can also email us at any time. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day.

At present we are unable to offer drop in or outreach services. The service is accessible by phone, text, email, social media and post.
