Wellbeing Matters

Being a parent of young children can be incredibly rewarding — but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, or exhausting at times. That’s why our Wellbeing Matters service is here to support you in whatever way you need.

We work with parents across East Surrey to explore their individual needs through a gentle wellbeing assessment. Whether you're looking to reduce isolation, build resilience, connect with others, or simply have someone to talk to — we’re here for you.

Together, we’ll create a wellbeing plan that works for you, linking you with community services that can provide the right support at the right time. We’ll also check in with you along the way to see how you're doing and review your goals.
