Community Garden

At The Salvation Army in Strood we have launched our community garden, wanting to grow food for our free lunch and a beautiful floral garden that helps us to remember.

This is an opportunity for people to come and make a difference for their local community, whilst making new friends and joining in healthy outdoor exercise.

For those who can't get down into the garden we plan to have planters that will need planting and nurturing,.

There's something for all ages, our local scout group is involved and looking forward to developing a garden that makes a difference.

Tools and support will be available, Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays.
