Forever Cycling is a low mobility cycling initiative designed for people over 50, offering a unique virtual cycling experience using MotiTech technology. Participants pedal at their own pace with exercise pedals while enjoying immersive video journeys through over 2,000 iconic destinations worldwide, including Paris, New York, and Sydney.
What to expect:
- Gentle, accessible exercise suitable for all abilities
- Virtual tours of famous locations to keep sessions engaging
- Opportunities to socialise over tea, coffee, and biscuits
- A welcoming environment that helps combat social isolation and loneliness
Session details:
- Classes cost £3 per session, payable in cash on arrival

- Sessions run every other week at four locations in Buckinghamshire: Aston Clinton Baptist Church, The Ark (Stoke Mandeville), Wendover Health Centre, and Weston Turville Village Hall
