
A class focusing on improving balance, stability and overall fitness. This fun and social session is primarily for adults ages 60+, with exercises done both standing and seated.
All exercises are taught by a qualified and experienced older adults instructor.
The session can be adapted to your level of ability, and you will not be asked to do any movements/exercises you cannot do or are not comfortable with.
Join in and feel both the physical and mental benefits of exercise!
Sessions run every Friday, 1pm – 1:45pm at Downley Community Centre, High Wycombe, HP13 5TR.
Classes cost £5 per session, please pay for your session on arrival. We accept card and cash.
