We offer a wide range of music and art related workshops at our Triple T recording studio/rehearsal space at 214-217 Manor St, Stonehouse, Plymouth PL11TL , above Cafe Momus. We have facilitators for most creative experiences. Especially a therapeutic exercise to 'TELL YOUR OWN STORY'...A cathartic journey to lead you out from a negative world into one of hope and positive opportunity and well-being. With art, music and African drumming therapy workshop rooms. Therapy discussion room and green screen facilities. With another improvisational theatre therapy workshop area/room. Dance floor and live music venue for bands /dj's / singers ...any type of function use. With huge projection screen and high quality projector. Also on offer is our Triple T recording studio and rehearsal space. Which can also double-up for any kind of smaller event from photo-shoots/videographies private parties etc. We are also hosting Plymouth Community Radio and welcome presenters. We have some people with additional needs already set up to present and welcome more. Plus the use of house Cafe Momus gallery space and Press-Release's baby grand piano for use sited there. 25 metres down the road we have the outside space bordering Union St which Press-Release crafted from an urban industrial car wrecks storage area..into a community area for any sort of event/workshops. We can also teach most of our therapies there with the extra benefit of permaculture therapy. Exploring the biosonification of plants in the sensory garden. By turning their electrical impulses through usung sensors we convert the plants' internal signals into calming music.
