Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin NHS Talking Therapies Service offers support for people experiencing common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. Our service provides a range of evidence-based therapies and wellbeing courses, both online and in person, designed to help you improve your mental health and reduce symptoms of low mood and anxiety.
What we offer:
- Online and face-to-face courses led by trained and qualified practitioners.
- Digital cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) courses, allowing you to learn therapy skills at your own pace with guidance from a trained supporter.
- One-to-one therapy sessions, tailored to your needs and discussed with your assessing therapist.
All interventions are aligned with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance, ensuring you receive the most appropriate support for your situation.
Who can access the service?
- You must be aged 16 or over.
- You need to be registered with a GP in Shropshire or Telford and Wrekin.
If you are under 16, please contact BeeU for support. Young people aged 16 and 17 are welcome, but we will request contact details for a parent or guardian to ensure your safety.
