Our services include:
- Information & Advice: Get expert guidance on social care, housing, scams, legal issues, and benefits. We help you navigate life's challenges with confidence.
- Companionship & Social Activities: Feeling lonely? Our volunteers can visit you at home, offer regular telephone chats, or accompany you to local social activities. Join our day centres for friendship, comfort, and engaging activities.
- Home Support: Our home support workers assist with everyday tasks, helping you maintain independence in your own home.
- Dementia Support: We provide tailored support for people living with dementia and their carers.
- Activities & Events: Enjoy arts and crafts, dance, exercise classes, walking groups, singing, tabletop games, and more. There’s something for everyone!
- Benefits & Money Advice: Need help with finances? Our team offers advice on benefits and money management.
