Age UK Buckinghamshire's Information & Advice service offers free, up-to-date, impartial information, advice and signposting for older people, their families, friends and carers. Our friendly advisers can help with social care information and signposting (e.g., finding a care home or help at home and how it's funded), advice on maximising income (including free benefits checks and help applying for benefits), independence at home (information on aids and adaptations), and help with legal issues (e.g., wills, Power of Attorney, and estate matters). Access via telephone, email or our Web enquiry form; local lines open 9:30–12:30 on Tue/Wed/Thu; information also via Age UK national helpline 8am–7pm daily.
