Our Information and Advice service is designed to support older people, their families, friends, and carers with a wide range of issues. Whether you have questions about benefits, housing, care, health, or simply need guidance on where to turn, our friendly, trained advisers are here to help.

  • Completely free service – no charge for advice or support.
  • Confidential and impartial – your privacy is respected at all times.
  • Easy access – speak to an adviser by phone or email, weekdays 9:30am–12:30pm.
  • Wide-ranging support – we offer up-to-date information, advice, and signposting to other relevant organisations and services.
