Sonning Support
We offer non-medical assistance to Sonning residents.
We're here to help with:
- Picking up your shopping or medical supplies
- Posting letters and parcels
- Walking your dog or helping you look after your pets
- Giving you a friendly phone call
- Other small tasks that become urgent
About us:
- Our informal group of local volunteers was brought together in March 2020 under the umbrella of Sonning Support Covid-19 to provide non-medical help to anyone in the area that needed it during the initial ‘lockdown’ period.
- We plan to continue to help within the community for as long as we are needed. From providing a friendly phone call to supporting those who cannot leave home in the short term we are here to provide assistance.
