A community space for all
Our Horley Health Hub is now home to Alliance for Better Care on the first floor and the Horley Primary Care Network and Growing Health Together teams on the ground floor. The downstairs of the building is also used by community groups.
Our goal was to create a new community hub that would help to transform the way people manage their health in their community, and since its launch, the venue has become home to many initiatives. We are proud of the positive impact that the space continues to have on people’s health and wellbeing.
