• £49 Emergency Fuel vouchers - assisting those in financial difficulties with fuel cost to ensure they can heat their homes, staying warm and safe during colder months. (6 per household)
• The supply of small measures - LED's, electric blankets, draught-proofing, reflective radiator panels, Thermal curtains etc..(up to £400 worth of items)
• Home Visits (in person advice and support)
• PSR sign up (Priority Services Register)
• Energy-efficiency advice (heating system use, appliance use, behavioural advice etc)
• Energy & water debt support (application support, fuel vouchers, warm packs)
• Income maximisation
• Building fabric check (insulation, repairs, EPC rating etc)
• Damp, mould, condensation advice
• Water support & advice (social tariff application support)
• Smart meter advice & application support
• Carbon Monoxide advice
• Fire safety/smoke alarm check & advice
• Support to access grants for larger measures, boiler replacement/repairs, welfare support schemes (application/referral support)
• Onward referrals for 'extra' support' to relevant organisations e.g. Food banks, debt agencies and many more
