Experience the gentle power of T’ai Chi in Aylesbury and Princes Risborough!
Our weekly T’ai Chi sessions are designed to help you improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mindfulness. This low-impact exercise is ideal for anyone recovering from surgery, looking to strengthen their core, or wanting to boost their balance and overall wellbeing.
- Adaptable for all abilities: Movements can be tailored to your comfort level. You’ll never be asked to do anything you’re not comfortable with.
- Social and supportive: Join a friendly group, make new friends, and enjoy both the physical and mental benefits of regular exercise.
- Affordable: Each class costs just £5 per session, payable on arrival (cash or card accepted).
Session Details:
- Aylesbury: Fairford Leys Community Centre, every Monday, 11am – 12pm. Please arrive ready to start at 11am. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. A yoga mat is recommended for floor exercises.
- Princes Risborough: Wades Centre (Former Risborough Community Centre), Wades Park/Stratton Rd, every Friday, 1:30pm – 2:30pm. Please arrive ready to start at 1:30pm. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
