Blaby District Council offers a range of employment events and job fairs designed to support residents in their job search and career development.
Our events include:
- Workshops to help you build essential skills for employment.
- Job and Skills Fairs where you can meet local employers and discover new opportunities.
- One-on-one sessions with employment advisers for personalised support, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job searching strategies.
Whether you are just starting your career or looking for new opportunities, our events provide valuable resources and support to help you succeed. The Employment Club is open to all Blaby District residents and offers a welcoming space to gain skills and connect with local opportunities. It is delivered in conjunction with the National Careers Service.
All job fairs are hosted at the Council offices in Narborough from 2pm to 4.30pm. A break-out room is available for those who may need a quieter space during the event. Free visitor parking is available, and the offices are easily accessible by train and bus.
Stay tuned for updates on upcoming events and join us to take the next step in your professional journey.
