Arts and Minds, West Kent Mind

Arts and Minds is a three-month programme of varied arts activities for adults, designed to support mental health and wellbeing. Delivered in partnership with Live Well Kent, these friendly, relaxed, and inclusive sessions are led by a West Kent Mind wellbeing worker, with occasional support from visiting professional artists.

Participants can explore a wide range of materials and techniques, including drawing, watercolours, paper crafting, and glass painting. All art materials are provided, so you just need to bring yourself and an open mind!

  • Connect with others in a supportive environment
