Mind & Body Kent - We Are With You

With You - Mind and Body in Kent

About this service

Mind and Body supports children and young adults aged 13 - 17 who are self-harming, at risk of self-harming or struggling with their mental wellbeing.

Our Mind and Body programme teaches healthy coping strategies and helps young people to find new positive ways to manage their emotions as well as difficult thoughts and feelings. We run the programme with small groups in education settings and in the community.

We also provide support and advice to parents, carers and professionals working with young people to help you be the best support you can be.

Mind and Body is for you if you are:

  • Aged 13-17 living in Kent
  • Finding it difficult to manage your emotions and / or worried about self-harm
