No Excuse For Abuse CIC is a Community Interest Company based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, dedicated to supporting individuals over the age of 16 who have experienced or witnessed domestic or sexual abuse. We serve the South East of England and West London, offering a safe, confidential space for recovery and empowerment.
Our compassionate, professional, and human approach ensures that every client is treated with respect, understanding, and sensitivity. We welcome survivors of all genders, faiths, and backgrounds.
- Counselling Services: 12–24 weeks, determined at assessment and agreed with the client. One-to-one sessions provide a safe space to reflect, process anxiety, depression, triggers, and symptoms of PTSD/CPTSD.
- Pre-trial Therapy: Support for survivors or witnesses during ongoing criminal justice proceedings.
- Group Therapy: 10–12 week group sessions for sharing struggles and exploring coping strategies.
- ROSE Programme: 10-week self-awareness and self-care programme with learning activities and reflection.
- Freedom Programme: Explores the impact of attitudes and beliefs on abuse, helps survivors understand their experiences, and addresses the effects on children.
- Perpetrator Programmes: 12-week and 24-week programmes to raise awareness, encourage behavioural change, and keep survivors safe.
- Coaching & Meditation: 8-week integrative coaching and mentoring to support clients in achieving balance, success, and emotional freedom.
