Heather House Community cafe

Heather House Community Cafe is a welcoming, safe, and friendly space in Sittingbourne, Kent, run by Swale Community Care Project. Our mission is to support local families and residents, especially those who are vulnerable or isolated, by providing affordable meals and a warm community atmosphere.

What we offer:

  • Pay it forward scheme to help those in need
  • Free community fridge and low-cost community freezer

We work in collaboration with other local charities to fill gaps in support and improve wellbeing in the Swale area. Our team has over 5 years of experience supporting local organisations and building strong community relationships.

Our charitable purposes include:

  • Relief of poverty and financial hardship
  • Support for elderly people facing hardship, sickness, or poor health
  • Providing goods and services to those who could not otherwise afford them
